Today, we see the culture of incubators and accelerators are evolving massively. The approach of this generation is more towards their own businesses / entrepreneurial ventures. People are moving towards job creation rather than job seeking and this will have a positive impact on the global economies. According to my research and my in-depth analysis towards the entrepreneurial ecosystem. I have suggested three main pillars on which the start-ups or large scale businesses depend. These three main pillars are as following:
- Organizational Mission
- Organizational Culture
- Capabilities
Organizational Mission:
When an entrepreneur think about a certain business, they need to create a most important statement for it which is known as a mission statement, which helps them to give a clear path that where they need to go and what they want to achieve. Organizational mission will set a direction for your business and for this you need to work accordingly and to achieve that mission and road map you need to align everything accordingly.
Organizational Culture:
To achieve the mission of a business and to go on that path, you need to build an organizational culture. A culture of optimism, a culture of risk taking and a culture of calibration. This culture will help people to move around the mission of the organization and it will help them to contribute with their maximum potential for the success of organization/business. This culture is very important both of the single person start-up or a 100,000 people company. So according to my research this is a great responsibility of Business owners/ Heads to create and maintain this organizational culture phenomena.
Capabilities:
The development of organizational culture depends mainly on the quality of human resource that is associated to that business. To achieve the organizational culture which leads towards the mission of the company needs a sound generation of the capabilities among the people. When you think about an entrepreneurial start-up venture, you need to have those people which you think that are capable enough to get through this journey along with you and On a larger scale you need to continuously create and develop the sense of motivation and optimism among your people which will help you to grow more.
This what I have analyzed so far in all successful businesses across the globe and this is the summary which I have presented in front of you. I hope it will help all of you who are planning to get their own businesses and those who are already running their companies.
